Modern digital technology led to usage of interactive online learning. This method of learning improves students' understanding of underlying concept and enables them to test knowledge they gained. However, students often lose motivation to study on their own using this method. Time spent learning is the most important factor for success in learning.
In our project we look at different aspects and types of motivation and existing evidence in order to create elements of interactive learning system that would motivate students into using it more. We compare these elements and evaluate their effectiveness in motivating students and the actual effects they have on students' behavior in interactive online learning.

  • Modernization of Central Portal of Public Administration

    -

The Central Portal of Public Administration (ÚPVS) ensures central and unified access to information resources and public administration services. The information (advice, instructions, descriptions) that the visitor is looking for is currently often part of the information servers of individual resorts. The goal of the portal is to integrate this information and services and provide them to the user in a clear and accessible form.

  • ID-SK

That is why the Slovak IBM HR team continues to digitize its processes and focus on improving the employee experience. Project Digitalization of Tax Process in Slovakia was nominated and won a GOLD STEVIE® WINNER award for Most Innovative Deployment of HR Technology. The new digital solution saves time, increases comfort for employees and in the critical times during worldwide pandemic also ensured the safety of employees – all steps can be performed online directly from the comfort of home.
